近日本公司获报有不法人士在日本透过网路渠道，冒用本公司(华研国际音乐股份有限公司)名义，发布召募业馀歌手获得报酬的虚假信息，并以小额返利为诱饵，诱导民众开通用户充值诈取金钱或个人信息等违法活动。
本公司特此澄清并未在日本有任何招募收费活动，请勿与不法人士分子进行金钱交易，或向其透漏个人隐私、银行帐户等敏感信息，以免上当受骗。如接到相关诈骗信息，或有财物损失，请立即报警。
对任何冒用”华研国际音乐股份有限公司”名义进行诈骗等非法活动之单位或个人，本公司保留依法追究其相关法律责任之权利。

Please do not engage in money transactions with criminals, or disclose sensitive information such as personal privacy and bank accounts to them, so as not to be deceived.
