最NOW潮流新女声Karencici已累积高达千首创作，至今发行多首单曲、一张录音室专辑及EP，以Hip-Hop及R&B曲风树立了率性不羁的形象，知名作品有〈傻眼了〉、〈SorryMama!〉、〈ihateyou1000〉等。但这回Karencici反转既定形象，推出最暖心之作〈thoughtboutu〉，献给所有孤立无援的你。
关于〈thoughtboutu〉的创作灵感，Karencici提到：“这首歌一开始是写给一个我很喜欢、很想保护的人，她非常善良值得被疼爱，但是却一次次地被这个丑陋的世界伤害。这首歌是想给她的最后一个拥抱。”希望能透过歌曲，告诉所有感到孤单的人：“还有我们在”，接著就以陪伴的心情，顺利地完成这首编制简单却寓意深刻的歌曲，Karencici回想时更提到：“这首歌像是我注定就要写出来的感觉。”
正在筹备第二张个人专辑的Karencici，曾提出想和欣赏已久的美国新生代音乐人Keshi合作，为了符合Keshi的风格，毫不犹豫地将这首〈thoughtboutu〉提供给他，而Keshi在听过Demo后表示这首歌给了他相当多的灵感，希望能取样〈thoughtboutu〉来另外创作一首歌，因此两人隔空以歌会友，合作诞生了Keshi的最新单曲〈B.Y.S〉。
